We are a walk in practice and only make appointments for surgeries. Please call ahead before you come to the clinic to check our current wait times and to ensure we are still able to take walk ins. Be advised that our phone lines are extremely busy and we appreciate your patience.
We are advising clients to call and check in but to remain in your vehicle until it is your turn to be seen. We are currently experiencing a very high volume of check ins and our wait times have been longer than usual but we are trying our best to keep up. Clients can also call from home to check in and then reception can let you know an approximate time to come down to the clinic. Clients are allowed to come in with their pet if they wish or remain in their vehicle, whichever you prefer.
